You lead a remote team of technical panelists who interview candidates for our clients — you own their quality, their roster, and their day-to-day performance, and you sharpen the process as you go.

- Lead the screening team — hold a remote team of technical interviewers accountable for quality and output, and hire, train, and manage capacity across day and evening shifts.
- Own and sharpen the process — track every screening in real time, run the roster and leaves, sample recordings for quality, and improve the way the desk runs week over week.




- Be the quality backstop — make sure every candidate we screen is interviewed sharply and reported cleanly, so our clients get profiles they can trust. ???? ??'?? ??????? ???
- Real leadership grip — you've led a team before, you can give hard feedback to someone's face, and you hold the line on quality and discipline without being chased.
- Conscientious and self-driving — you spot problems before they are escalated to you, and you keep improving the operation on your own initiative, not only when told.
- Technically literate and in-office — a technical degree (BTech/BE/BCA/MCA/BSc-CS) or you have led a technical or QA team, with solid English. Ready to work 5-6 days a week in our Gurgaon office, and able to join within a week. ??? ?? ?????
