- Demonstrate a strong und6erstanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Mentor and guide team members on technical and best-practice aspects
- Work closely with client stakeholders using excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
- Continuously learn new domains and technologies with a growth mindset
- Maintain high attention to detail with a quality-focused approach
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex client-reported incidents within defined SLAs

? What You’ll Bring

Primary Skills:

- Professional IT experience, preferably working with operations teams
- Strong experience in ETL and Data Warehousing
- Proven experience of coaching / mentoring 5- 6 team members
- Expert-level SQL programming and experience with database tools (mandatory)
- Robust problem-solving and debugging skills
