- Lead and manage a team of telecallers to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor daily calling activity, conversions, and team performance
- Coach team members and help improve sales skills.
- Handle escalations and support the team in closing leads.
- Ensure proper use of CRM, dialers, and reporting tools.
- Prepare and share performance reports with management.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and call quality standards.
- Experience in aggressive target-driven call centers, telesales teams, or agencies is required.
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with sales software and tools.
- Adaptable to respond to urgent calls, messages, and team requirements outside regular working hours when needed.
