Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Customer Service Associates to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs, SLAs, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
