Job Summary The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, driving property sales, and ensuring achievement of team targets. This role involves hands-on leadership, client handling, and coordination with developers to maximize closures. Key Responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Target Achievement
- Drive team sales targets and ensure revenue goals are met
- Support team members in closing deals and handling negotiations
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
- Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Assign leads and monitor conversion ratios
- Client Handling
- Interact with high-value clients and assist in property selection




- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle
- Handle escalations and resolve client concerns
- Developer Coordination
- Maintain relationships with real estate developers
- Stay updated on new project launches, pricing, and inventory
- Ensure accurate communication of project details to the team
- Process & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes and compliance
- Maintain MIS reports and sales dashboards

Provide regular updates to senior management.

Key Requirements

- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales
- Prior experience in team handling or mentoring
- Strong understanding of real estate market.
