We are looking for a seasoned and strategic SEO Team Lead to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will lead a team of SEO specialists to develop and execute creative SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and achieve business objectives.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their goals and professional growth.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the companys objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
3. Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-value target keywords and opportunities for content optimization.
4. Oversee the optimisation of website content, including meta tags, headings, and on-page content, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
5. Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site audits, optimization of site structure, performance improvements, and resolution of crawl issues.
6. Plan and oversee link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and improve search engine rankings.
7. Monitor and analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
8. Generate regular SEO reports and performance dashboards to track progress, measure KPIs, and communicate results to stakeholders.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of leading successful SEO initiatives and driving results.
3. Deep understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices, with hands-on experience in keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
4. Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
7. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Certifications such as Google Analytics or Google Ads are a plus.
