- You are deputed as a Team Leader on project at the customer site Your job will be to monitor team deputed on sites

- You have experience of working in Quality department in Automotive industry and handling manpower

- Knowledge of typical defects observed in different commodities such as casting / Forging / machining / Plastic molding / sheet metal etc. (as applicable for the particular project)

- Manage teams deputed on site at different work locations

- Manpower management, control absenteeism and attrition of the team

- Shuffling of team members across projects, sites, ensure utilization of team members

- Interact with customers, meet their requirements

- Reporting the work done on daily basis to customer in agreed format Conduct Layered Process Audit on site as per agreed frequency,



work on closing the NCs observed

- Prepare and face customer audits, close NCs

- Continuous improvement of processes, suggest optimization in operations

- Control consumables, transport and other services related to the project

- Compile attendance of the team, share data with HR on timely basis Ensure integrity of the team on site, address grievances and keep team morale high!

- Setting up Quality goals for the projects under scope

- Take decision on granting leaves and managing resources

- Depute team members on activities based on their skills
