Role Description The Team Lead JavaScript Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The person in this role will lead a team of developers, oversee front-end and back-end JavaScript development, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable web applications.

Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing application architecture, reviewing code, mentoring team members, and coordinating with product managers, designers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

The Team

Lead will manage sprint planning,



prioritize tasks, and monitor project timelines and quality standards. This role also involves optimizing performance, maintaining best practices in software development, and staying current with modern JavaScript frameworks and tools.

Qualifications

- Robust proficiency in JavaScript with experience in modern JavaScript ecosystems and frameworks.
- Front-End Development skills, including building responsive, user-friendly interfaces and working with libraries such as Redux.js.
- Back-End Web Development skills, with experience in server-side JavaScript, APIs, and integration with databases.
- Solid Software Development foundations, including understanding of design patterns, testing, version control, and CI/CD practices.
- Proven experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and managing agile workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in product-based or SaaS environments and exposure to cloud platforms is an advantage.
