- Lead OEM and dealer integration initiatives for Motor Claims systems.
- Design and develop scalable REST APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery and production deployments.
- Mentor and lead a team of developers and integration engineers.
- Coordinate with business teams, OEM partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive application modernization, automation, and continuous improvements.
