Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage the fundraising team

Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve targets

Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback

Build and maintain relationships with donors and team members

Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

Ensure timely reporting and achievement of weekly/monthly targets

Individual and team target achievement is the core responsibility.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any stream

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience in fundraising/sales/team handling preferred

Target-driven and self-motivated personality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
