- Monitor daily performance, attendance, and productivity.

- Conduct team huddles, briefings, and performance reviews.

- Provide realtime guidance and support to improve conversions.

- Ensure timely calling of allocated leads through dialer/CRM systems.

- Drive conversion of leads into business (loan bookings, customer acquisition).

- Monitor lead funnel (dial connect interested conversion).

- Optimize calling strategy to improve conversion ratios.
