Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of tele-counsellors (inbound & outbound). Drive admission targets and ensure revenue growth. Monitor team performance, call quality, and conversion rates. Handle shrinkage, attrition , and team productivity. Ensure exceptional counselling experience for students & parents.



Prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure process compliance.
