What You’ll Do Contracts & Commercial Leadership

- Review, draft, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners.
- Spot legal and business risks early and provide clear, practical recommendations to stakeholders.
- Take ownership of negotiations—from first draft through signature—while coordinating internal approvals.

Privacy & Data Protection

- Review and negotiate Data Protection Agreements and privacy related contract terms.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure privacy considerations are built into deals—not added later.

Business Partnership & Advisory





- Serve as a trusted legal advisor to Sales, Procurement, and business leaders.
- Communicate clearly with executives and commercial teams—no legal jargon required.
- Balance risk, speed, and business objectives in a fast-moving environment.

Leadership & Legal Projects

- Support and lead legal initiatives and special projects as needed.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and informal training on contracts and privacy topics.
- Help improve processes, templates, and ways of working across the legal function.

What We’re Looking For

- 6+ years of experience in contracts/commercial transactions (law firm and/or inhouse).
- Strong handson negotiation experience and confidence owning the process endtoend.
- Solid understanding of privacy concepts and the ability to review and negotiate DPAs.
- Comfort working EST hours to support U.S. stakeholders in real time.
- Ability to stay calm, practical, and decisive under pressure.
- LL.B. from a recognized university in India with relevant experience.
- LL.M. preferred.
