Key Responsibilities - Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of tele-counsellors (inbound & outbound).

- Drive admission targets and ensure revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance, call quality, and conversion rates.
- Handle shrinkage, attrition, and team productivity.
- Ensure exceptional counselling experience for students & parents.




- Prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure process compliance. ? Required Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader in
- EdTech / University / College / Education / Edu-tech industry
- Strong background in team handling, inside sales & counselling
- Excellent communication skills and confidence
