Experience: 1–5 years We are looking for a hands-on team lead to run our technical screening desk. You lead a remote team of technical panelists who interview candidates for our clients — you own their quality, their roster, and their day-to-day performance, and you sharpen the process as you go. Xponentium is an AI and IT services company founded by IITians, working with large IT services firms and enterprise clients across India and the US.

We run sourcing, screening, and client coordination at scale, with AI infused at every step. ???? ???'?? ??

- Lead the screening team — hold a remote team of technical interviewers accountable for quality and output, and hire, train, and manage capacity across day and evening shifts.




- Own and sharpen the process — track every screening in real time, run the roster and leaves, sample recordings for quality, and improve the way the desk runs week over week.
- Be the quality backstop — make sure every candidate we screen is interviewed sharply and reported cleanly, so our clients get profiles they can trust. ???? ??'?? ??????? ???
- Real leadership grip — you've led a team before, you can give hard feedback to someone's face, and you hold the line on quality and discipline without being chased.
- Conscientious and self-driving — you spot problems before they are escalated to you, and you keep improving the operation on your own initiative, not only when told.
- Technically literate and in-office — a technical degree (BTech/BE/BCA/MCA/BSc-CS) or you have led a technical or QA team, with robust English. Ready to work 5-6 days a week in our Gurgaon office, and able to join within a week. ??? ?? ?????
