Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and concept-focused classroom or online sessions.

Prepare lesson plans, study material, assignments and assessments.

Teach according to the prescribed curriculum and examination pattern.

Simplify difficult concepts and strengthen students’ fundamentals.

Conduct regular tests, doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.

Monitor student performance and provide individual feedback.





Analyse test results and create improvement plans for students.

Maintain proper academic records, attendance and progress reports.

Participate in faculty meetings, parent interactions and academic reviews.

Update teaching methods according to syllabus and examination changes.

Support curriculum development, question-paper preparation and content creation.

Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.

Coordinate with academic heads, fellow faculty members and management.

Prepare students for school examinations, board examinations, Olympiads, IIT-JEE, NEET and other competitive examinations, depending on the assigned role.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject.

B.Ed., M.Ed., NET, SET, PhD or equivalent qualification may be required depending on the position.

Engineering graduates from IITs, NITs and other reputed institutions are encouraged to apply for IIT-JEE and Foundation roles.

Medical, science and postgraduate candidates with strong subject expertise may apply for NEET faculty roles.

Previous teaching experience in schools, colleges, coaching institutes or edtech platforms is preferred.

Freshers with excellent academic records and strong communication skills may be considered for selected positions.

Strong command over the subject and the ability to explain concepts clearly.

Good communication, presentation and classroom-management skills.

Comfortable with offline, online or hybrid teaching formats.

Willingness to relocate may be required for certain opportunities.

Preferred Experience

Experience requirements will depend on the position:

School Teachers: Freshers to 10+ years

Foundation Faculty: 1–10+ years

JEE Main Faculty: 2–10+ years

JEE Advanced Faculty: 3–15+ years

NEET Faculty: 2–15+ years

Lecturers and Assistant Professors: As per institutional and regulatory requirements

Academic Heads and HODs: 5–15+ years

Candidates with a proven record of producing strong board results, ranks,



selections or measurable student improvement will be preferred.
