Key Responsibilities

Manage corporate tax compliance including return filing, assessments, and statutory timelines.

Handle corporate tax assignments across diverse industries.

Conduct technical research on tax laws, judicial precedents, and regulatory updates.

Prepare tax advisory notes, opinions, and client presentations.

Assist in scrutiny assessments, appeals, rectification, refund, and stay application matters.

Coordinate with tax authorities and support representation before regulatory bodies.

Support tax provisioning, tax audit, and audit-related corporate tax matters.

Maintain client trackers, billing records, and ensure timely invoicing.

Follow up on client payments and TDS certificates.





Ensure compliance with internal quality, risk management, and documentation standards.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while delivering exceptional client service.

Eligibility

Qualification

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience

0-1 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Tax / Direct Tax

Preferred Skills

Strong technical knowledge of Corporate Income Tax

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong communication and presentation skills

Client relationship management skills

Commercial awareness and business acumen

Team-oriented approach

Exposure to Corporate Law, FEMA, SEBI, or regulatory compliance will be an added advantage
