Job Role:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

- Assist customers with renewal-related queries and provide accurate information.

- Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns while maintaining high service standards.

- Identify customer needs and generate cross-sell opportunities.

- Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (HSC)

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
