The Role

We're hiring an HR Executive with 3–4 years of experience from a reputed IT MNC (TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, or equivalent). This is a 100% remote, end-to-end HR role — you'll own recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance, all in one.

What You'll Do

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
- Drive employee engagement for a remote team
- Coordinate monthly payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS)
- Own the performance appraisal cycle
- Maintain HRMS records, HR policies, and SOPs
- Track HR metrics and report to leadership

What We're Looking For





✅ 3–4 years of HR experience — mandatory from TCS / Infosys / Capgemini or equivalent IT MNC
✅ MBA / PGDM in HR (or BBA with relevant certification)
✅ Hands-on with HRMS tools (Zoho People, Darwinbox, SAP SF, or similar)
✅ Strong knowledge of Indian labour law, PF, ESIC, and payroll processes
✅ Excellent English communication — written and verbal
✅ Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in a startup or lean HR team post-MNC
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHRi, or similar)
- Knowledge of UAE labour law
