Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities in factory
- Manage workers, tailors, and helpers efficiently
- Arrange skilled tailors as per production requirements and ensure their retention
- Ensure timely completion of orders as per schedule
- Maintain quality control of garments/uniforms
- Monitor stock of raw materials and finished goods
- Coordinate with management for production planning
- Maintain production records and reports
- Ensure proper use of machines and workplace discipline
- Reduce wastage and improve productivity

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Diploma preferred)
- 1–2 years experience in garment manufacturing / production supervision
- Basic knowledge of stitching, fabrics, and garment processes
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel is a plus)
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience in school uniforms / sportswear production
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Local candidates preferred

Work Timing:

9:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
