Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test automation, robust analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Katalon Studio.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and automation test cases.
- Analyse requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Identify, log, track, and verify software defects.
- Perform API and database validation as part of the testing process.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts,



and cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Enhance and maintain automation frameworks to improve test coverage and execution efficiency.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software by following QA best practices.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Automation Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Katalon Studio for web application test automation.
- Valuable understanding of scripting using Groovy or Java.
- Experience in API testing using Postman and REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
