We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, preferably gained in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm, and be eager to work in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining accurate General Ledger (GL) records.
- Perform monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
- Prepare and file GST returns while ensuring statutory compliance.
- Support audits by providing necessary financial records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements and documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




- 2 to 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of GST compliance and statutory filings.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
- Good command of MS Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
