Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm and seamless guest experience while efficiently managing front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage appointments, registrations, and patient check-ins.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth patient flow.
- Maintain patient records and update CRM/software.
- Explain services, wellness packages, and treatment plans when required.
- Process billing and payment collections.
- Handle patient feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Support the centre in achieving monthly consultation and revenue targets through

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
