We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Accounts Department. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience and be capable of handling day-to-day accounting activities, customer balance confirmations, statutory compliance support, and other finance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform customer and vendor balance confirmation through phone calls and email.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.
- Process accounting entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile customer, supplier, and bank accounts.
- Follow up on outstanding balances and coordinate with customers.
- Prepare reports and assist management with financial data as required.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.




- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP software and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
