Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery of the branch network within the assigned region or portfolio
- Ensure efficient and effective branch operations, including cash management, transaction processing, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive service excellence
- Manage and lead a team of branch personnel, including performance management, training, and development
- Collaborate with other business units and support functions to align branch operations with the overall business objectives
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions




- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the development and implementation of branch network strategies and initiatives

Requirements

- The candidate should be with a strong background in branch operations and customer service
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Proficient in using relevant banking systems and technology
