About Us

OM Real Estate is a growing real estate consultancy based in Faridabad, specializing in residential and commercial properties across Greater Faridabad (Neharpar), NIT, Old Faridabad, and surrounding areas. We help clients buy, sell, invest, and rent properties with honest guidance and professional service.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound client calls.
- Generate and follow up on property leads.
- Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Coordinate with property owners, builders, and channel partners.
- Maintain client records and update lead status.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients until the transaction is completed.
- Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred (Freshers with a learning attitude are welcome).
- Confidence in speaking with clients.
- Basic smartphone and computer skills (WhatsApp, Google Maps, Excel, etc.).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler is preferred but not mandatory.
