We are hiring passionate and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts professionals to join our growing team.

Industry: Cybersecurity | Managed IT Services | IT Infrastructure Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days/Week) Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Experience: 0 Yrs -5 Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Salary: As per market standards

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): invoicing, collections, customer reconciliations, and ageing reports.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP): vendor invoices, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and process online banking transactions.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and support general ledger activities.
- Assist in payroll inputs, employee claims, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.).
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and support month-end/year-end financial closing.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, cash flow reports, and management reports.




- Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1- 5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.( Finance Graduate are also welcome as a trainee role)
- Experience with Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or similar ERP software.
- Valuable knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong MS Excel skills and good analytical abilities.
- Good communication skills with attention to detail.

Note: Only candidates with relevant Finance & Accounts experience are requested to apply. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
