Design, Standardize and Scale.

This is a high-impact role within Hansen’s Chief Architect function, where you will shape and drive DevOps and platform engineering strategy across a global, multi-business-unit environment. You will play a critical role in defining how software is built, deployed, and operated across Hansen—driving improvements in delivery speed, quality, and reliability.

By owning the Internal Developer Platform (IDP), CI/CD standards, and tooling governance, you will directly influence developer productivity and enable consistent, scalable engineering practices across Hansen’s distributed teams.

What You Bring

- 7+ years of experience in DevOps & platform engineering with architecture exposure
- Proven experience in designing and delivering Internal Developer Platforms (IDP)
- Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, pipeline-as-code)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and cloud-native architecture
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker,



Kubernetes)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working with governance frameworks, standards, and enterprise environments

- Define and evolve DevOps and platform engineering strategy across the organization

- Design scalable and secure platform architectures supporting multiple business units

- Lead the implementation and operation of Hansen’s Internal Developer Platform (IDP)

- Establish CI/CD standards, reusable pipelines, and governance practices

- Embed security, compliance, and quality checks into DevOps workflows

- Drive adoption of DevOps tooling, standards, and best practices across teams

- Monitor platform performance, metrics, and continuously improve delivery outcomes

- Collaborate with architecture, product, and engineering teams to align platform capabilities
