- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Build and execute a data-driven testing roadmap across messaging, creative, audience, and frequency.
- Own regular communication of campaign performance against targets, bringing explicit analysis and insights to senior leadership on a weekly/monthly/ quarterly basis, highlighting opportunities and trends for continued growth.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve the customer journey and leverage/provide insights to unlock new growth and conversion opportunities.
- Stay informed on the rapidly changing digital marketing landscape and provide recommendations on the adoption of technology and machine learning to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist,



primarily running Google Shopping Campaigns.
- Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g., AdWords, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Pinterest, Amazon, Walmart).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Demonstrated capability of self-direction and motivation.
