- Assist in planning and supervising daily workshop operations
- Ensure smooth job card flow, proper allocation of work to technicians, and timely delivery of vehicles
- Ensure accurate diagnosis, repair quality, and adherence to manufacturer standards
- Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and workshop productivity
- Ensure implementation of service processes, SOPs, and quality standards
- Support in achieving revenue targets (labour, parts, value-added services like RSA, extended warranty, etc.)
- Maintain coordination between service, spare parts, and other departments
- Conduct regular review meetings with team members
- Ensure workshop cleanliness, safety, and discipline
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
