Key Responsibilities

Client Management

- Manage VIP client relationships through calls and emails.
- Maintain records of client interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate watch servicing appointments and customer communication.

New Business

- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain lead records in CRM.
- Represent the brand at roadshows in Delhi, Mumbai.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in a corporate workplace.
- Experience in client relationship management.
- Excellent written and spoken English and strong phone etiquette.
- Strong conversational skills and ability to build rapport.
- Experience using CRM tools and spreadsheets.

Preferred Background

- Premium banking, luxury hospitality.
- Experience managing HNI clients or selling to international markets (US/UK).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
