Job Overview

SEFORGE is looking for dynamic and motivated Shakeout Supervisors to oversee shop floor operations and ensure smooth execution of production activities. The role involves managing manpower, coordinating with cross-functional departments, maintaining safety standards, and achieving daily production targets.

Fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage manpower effectively to ensure smooth production operations.
- Lead and monitor off-roll employees, ensuring productivity and adherence to work standards.
- Plan and oversee shift activities to achieve daily production goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with the Melting, Molding, Closing, and Fettling teams to maintain seamless production flow.
- Prepare shift schedules, monitor operational performance, and optimize resource utilization.




- Record production data in SAP and generate shift-wise reports with accuracy.
- Identify operational issues and work with relevant teams to implement timely solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, or a related engineering discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or foundry setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of production processes and shift operations.
- Working knowledge of SAP for production data entry and reporting is preferred.
- Awareness of industrial safety practices and quality standards.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
