We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to assess, plan, and deliver therapy services to children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges. The OT will work collaboratively with speech therapists, special educators, behavior therapists, and families to help children achieve independence and improve daily functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct developmental and functional assessments
- Design individualized therapy plans (fine motor, sensory integration, daily living skills, handwriting, coordination)
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions
- Track progress and maintain session documentation
- Educate parents on home programs and strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
- Participate in case discussions and reviews
- Follow clinic protocols and clinical director guidance
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
