Job Summary

Refos Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Regional Head – Sales to lead sales operations and drive business growth in the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to achieve regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and achieve regional business targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Lead and support the field sales team.
- Build and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships.
- Conduct customer meetings, field visits, and sales presentations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements





- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Field Sales / Business Development.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling sales targets and team management.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Experience in the Solar or Renewable Energy industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates from Electrical, Power, FMCG, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Consumer Durables, Automobile, Building Materials, or other field sales industries are encouraged to apply.
