Job Summary

We are looking for a Team Leader – Digitization Operations to manage daily digitization activities, lead the team, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery while maintaining productivity, quality standards, and SLA compliance.

Skill set required for Team Leader

· Strong team management and supervision skills

· Ability to plan and monitor daily operations and targets

· Knowledge of end-to-end digitization workflow (inward → scanning → QC → metadata → storage)

· Ensuring adherence to SOPs, RFP guidelines, and quality standards

· Monitoring productivity, turnaround time, and SLA compliance

· Handling resource allocation and shift planning

· Identifying and resolving operational issues and bottlenecks

· Reviewing quality outputs and coordinating with QC teams

· Maintaining reports, dashboards, and progress tracking

· Ensuring proper handling and preservation of documents and media

· Effective client coordination and communication

· Driving continuous improvement and team performance





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in document digitization, records management, BPO, or operations.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with end-to-end digitization processes (inward, scanning, QC, metadata, and storage).
- Knowledge of SOPs, RFPs, quality standards, and SLA compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
