- Handle incoming leads (calls, emails, web enquiries) and assign them to the appropriate sales executive
- Follow up with sales executives for status updates on leads
- Prepare and send quotations and proforma invoices to clients
- Maintain and update the sales CRM / Excel tracker with lead progress and outcomes
- Coordinate with the production, accounts, and logistics teams to track order status
- Respond to client queries regarding machines, pricing, delivery timelines, etc.
- Draft client-facing communication, follow-up emails, and basic proposal documents
