Key Responsibilities

- Interact with customers through calls and other communication channels.

- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain customer records and update internal systems.

- Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.
