1) Candidates who can communicate with customers on email.
2) The candidate must have strong written communication skills and the ability to communicate with customers via email effectively.
3) They should be able to empathize with customers, address their concerns or inquiries, and provide clear and professional responses.
4) The candidate should also be detail-oriented, proactive,
and able to work independently.
5) Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
6) Preferred candidate should be from Qualified Legal profile or English Literature Background.
