About the Role

Are you a creative visual storyteller who also knows how to drive engagement online? We’re looking for a hybrid Digital Marketing Assistant & Graphic Designer to join our team!

In this dual-role, you’ll be the brain behind our social media presence and the artist behind our visual brand. If you love creating eye-catching graphics, crafting scroll-stopping captions, and keeping up with the latest digital trends, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

- Visual Design: Create stunning graphics, promotional banners, video snippets, and branded templates for social media, email campaigns, and our website.
- Content & Social Media: Assist with planning, writing, and scheduling posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Campaign Support: Help execute digital marketing campaigns, build newsletter layouts, and design marketing collateral (flyers, pitch decks, PDFs).
- Brand Consistency:



Ensure all visual and written content aligns perfectly with our brand guidelines.
- Analytics & Trends: Track basic engagement metrics and stay ahead of creative trends, design styles, and algorithm updates.

What We’re Looking For

- Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Marketing Savvy: Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, social media strategy, and content creation.
- Eye for Aesthetics: Solid typography, color theory, and layout design skills.
- Tech-Minded: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus.
- Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and excited to learn!

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
