Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee all manufacturing operations at our facility. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, managing staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics
- Develop and implement production plans to meet business targets
- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Manage and lead plant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies
- Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, supply chain, and sales
- Analyze production data and generate reports for senior management
- Manage plant budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.)

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (MBA is a plus)
- 8–15 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role




- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and maintenance systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with OEE systems and production planning tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies
- Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance
- Strong financial and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet deadlines
