Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
- Inform customers about current jewellery collections, festive offers, exchange schemes, and showroom events.
- Invite customers to visit the showroom and schedule appointments.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and convert them into showroom visits and sales.
- Contact customers regarding ready orders, repairs, deliveries, and payment reminders.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Update daily call reports and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and special requests.
- Handle WhatsApp communication with customers when required.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

Additional Responsibility

- The candidate should be camera-friendly and comfortable appearing in jewellery photoshoots, promotional videos, and social media reels whenever required.




- Should confidently represent the brand in marketing campaigns, product showcases, and promotional content.
- Willingness to participate in jewellery shoots, customer awareness videos, and digital marketing activities as per business requirements.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Pleasant telephone etiquette.
- Customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification

- Graduate preferred.

Experience

- 1–3 years in Telecalling, Customer Service, Telesales, or Jewellery Retail.
- Experience in a jewellery showroom will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
