We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Senior Executive to manage outbound tours. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing international tour itineraries, handling bookings, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inquiries for international holiday packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries and competitive quotations.
- Coordinate with international DMCs, airlines, hotels, and visa partners.
- Manage reservations, confirmations, and travel documentation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize conversions.
- Assist clients throughout the travel process.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and post-travel follow-up.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of international destinations and travel trends.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in itinerary planning and costing.
- Customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.

Qualification

- Graduate (Tourism/Travel preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Outbound Tours.
