About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing email marketing campaigns that engage customers, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and send engaging email marketing campaigns.
- Write attractive email subject lines and content.
- Design and format marketing emails using email marketing tools.
- Manage email lists and customer databases.
- Schedule and monitor email campaigns.
- Track campaign performance such as open rate, click rate, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign results.
- Ensure emails are mobile-friendly and error-free.
- Maintain email deliverability and follow email marketing best practices.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Design, and Content teams for campaign execution.




- Analyze campaign reports and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends and tools.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Email Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, or similar tools.
- Valuable written English and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HTML for email templates is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of email automation and customer journeys.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Experience with CRM platforms is an added advantage.
- Creative thinking and analytical mindset.
