About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tally Billing Executive to manage billing operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP/TallyPrime, excellent accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and generate customer invoices using Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate customer and supplier ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliation and reconcile accounts regularly.
- Process credit notes, debit notes, and adjustments.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and dispatch teams for smooth billing operations.
- Ensure all invoices and accounting records are accurate and properly documented.
- Maintain GST-related records and assist in GST compliance.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly billing and MIS reports.




- Support internal audits and documentation requirements.
- Handle customer billing queries professionally and promptly.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing and accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or TallyPrime.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in a manufacturing, trading, or export company.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Salary Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
