Job Summary

This is full-time onsite role based in our Pune office.

Responsibilities

- Source and engage talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple regions and functions.

- Screen applications and assess candidates against role requirements.

- Coordinate candidate screening calls and interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide pipeline updates to Talent Acquisition Partners.

What You Bring

- 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, or talent acquisition support.

- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills with exposure to technology, corporate, or professional services hiring.





- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

- Collaborative, proactive, and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
