About the RoleBounteous x Accolite is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technology and corporate hiring, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requisition intake to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial HR discussions, salary negotiations, and offer management.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).




- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs when required.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, compliance requirements, and hiring SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3 to 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience in IT Services, Product Companies, or Recruitment Consulting.
- Proven experience in hiring for technical roles across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, QA, and Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in candidate engagement, offer negotiations, and closing positions within defined timelines.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in hiring for niche and leadership positions.
- Exposure to volume hiring and lateral recruitment.
- Understanding of market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitor analysis.
