Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

- Coordinate technical interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful candidate joining.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare hiring reports.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills

- 2–6 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed,



or other sourcing platforms.

- Strong sourcing and screening skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

- Experience hiring for IT and Non-IT positions will be an added advantage.

- Experience working in a staffing, consulting, or corporate recruitment environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
