Experience & Skills Req-

- Collaborate with Hiring managers to understand the need, develop plan for demand fulfilment.
- Have strong relationships with the extended team for effective demand fulfilment e.g. Vendors, sourcers
- Recommend tangible solutions to fulfill hiring needs of the business
- Establish robust working relationships with various stakeholders business leaders, hiring managers, vendors, candidates etc.
- Have effective and impactful conversations with the candidates to ensure quick closure and good experience
- Have a thorough understanding of the recruiting processes and tools
- Communicate progress to businesscoordinate ad hoc reporting regarding recruiting progress. Raise flags in time to ensure end objective is not compromised -e.g.



panel availability, low conversion, high declines etc.
- Ensure compliance to all requirements of the contractor process e.g. – accurate and timely filling of time, correct filing of expenses.

Note: we are scheduling interviews at Happiest Minds Pune (Shivajinagar) location on 01st-Aug-2026 (Saturday).
