Role & responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus drives.
- Screening Support: Conduct preliminary screening calls to assess candidate fit for Production, QA, and QC roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, share feedback forms, and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Database Management: Maintain updated recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Onboarding Assistance: Support HR team in documentation and induction activities for recent hires.
