Role : Talent Acquisition

- Location : BKC -HO

1. Full-cycle Recruitment:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from screening of candidates to offer negotiation.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and craft job descriptions.

2. Candidate Experience:

- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

- Act as a company ambassador, promoting organizational values and culture to prospective candidates.

3. Talent Pipeline:

- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical positions.

- Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.

4. Data and Analytics:

- Utilize recruitment analytics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.





- Prepare and present regular reports on key recruitment metrics.

5. Collaboration:

- Develop robust relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their unique hiring needs and challenges.

- Collaborate with HR Ops team to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
